Salted Carmel Cheesecake Bars

These are just some fun pictures of a dessert I made from this blog here. I followed the recipe exactly- other than the fact that I ran out of regular sugar (WHAT?!) so I used monk-fruit sweetener for the Carmel sauce and it worked brilliantly. I cut these into tiny pieces and shared, in case anyone was worried about my glucose levels after this.
