Molly's Strawberry Jam

I love having jam around but feel pretty bad about eating all that sugar. So what I did was puree strawberries, chia seeds, & some water in my food processor and set it in the fridge for a half hour to set. THAT'S IT. I didn't even measure anything. Just be careful not to add too much water- start with a tablespoon and decide what you what from there.
