Raw Chocolate Truffles

I made these for Valentines Day but I didn't give any to Fleetwood because I knew he wouldn't like them. [Recipe adapted from A Couple Cooks. See recipe here]

Here's what you need: 

12 Medjool Dates (If they're old, soak them in some water to get some life back into them) 
1/2 cup hazlenuts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Top with Cocoa Powder
