Have you ever seen "Double Teamed"? It's a classic (except not really) Disney movie about twins. They always say "What freaky twin thing?" at the same time as each other and its really cute. Megan and I have always tried to do that but could never quite nail it. We also tried to trick our teachers in 3rd grade by switching desks and pretending to be the other one. Turns out, we didn't really look like each other that much.

We thought being twins meant we should be the same. Well, we've grown up since then. Sometime around September 21, 2008 (the date Megan & Jordan got engaged...coincidence?) I realized I had to be my own person. I also realized I didn't actually own a hair brush, hair dryer, pony tail, or a bobby pin...apparently those were all Megan's.

The older we get, the more shocked I am at how different we are. For the most part, that's a good thing. There are some ways, though, that I really aspire to be more like Megan. The first way being that she really loves people. It seems to come very easily to her. Her & Jordan would be up for an adventure with any human at any time. I love that about them! The second thing being that she is a great mom. She magically has all this energy available for Charlie- to chase him around the house, to hide and scare him (which he LOVES), and to sing to him. It's adorable. There are many, many more things about Megan that I love- but the last thing i'll say right now is that Megan is just FUN. Guys, she's so fun. If you need a party to come to life, just invite Megan (& Jordan!). We had so much fun laughing and gallivanting all around Austin with these guys.
